Owner behavior is good

Very less staff

Location was near to beach and railway stn

It requires cleanliness bedsheets and pillows requires good quality

I liked nothing except the behaviour of the security guard who is doing night shift. He is very kind and helpful.

1. The room was smaller and different than the picture and was not cleaned. 2. The bathroom was also not cleaned and the selfs and hangers are broken.3. AC and the fan speed is so slow in this summer time.4. They changed extra ₹700 rupees than the total cost shown in the Booking.com app.

Check in time 12pm but check out time 11am.Why 1 hour loss for customer?

We had booking there on 12 th November 2022. We reached at hotel at 10.45 pm.The security personnel told us there is no room vacant.We told him we have booking through booking.com.Then we contacted the concerned number 7777884999 ,who told us our room has been sold because the guest paid more than you.Thanks God we are not along with our family members.Then we go back.I suggest you a legal action should be taken against Aurobindo stay,Vizag.

I booked the room as per the image mentioned in booking.com but got the smaller room which was not even part fo the images displayed in the advertisement

Bed sheet were not changed and given the used bed sheets even after booking in advnace.Such a poor service.Water bottle has not been provided on the rooms

Nearest to beach,well maintained & Nice behaviour. Hotel is in prime location access for everywhere.

The property was nice and location too. It's interior is very good ,room are very good

Cleaning was not performed on daily basis ,and bedsheet was not changed on day to day basis

1. There are literally blood strains on the bed2. No hot water provided3. The curtains are barely giving u privacy

Property didn’t provide rooms at first saying room not vacant…told to wait till 6 pm… went through all hassles and peace of mind calling Booking.com to sort it out. Also they have the audacity to tell us to wait instead of telling the customers to vacant. Serious unprofessional.. such property should be penalised just like charging cancellation fee.
